*Auction Time Extended to End Wednesday, March 1st at 7pm!* To celebrate Presidents Day, we will be selling hundreds of high quality Mid Century Modern, Antique and Primitive items from multiple estates. A sudden influx of high quality consignments has forced us to open this auction up to multiple styles, and age ranges. Some VERY HIGH QUALITY items are being photographed and catalogued now just for you. There will be hundreds or danish Modern, period antique and primitive items including furniture, collectibles, original paintings by noted artists, glassware and more. Bidding will be open shortly, and all lots will sell Wednesday, March 1st at 7pm.
*All invoices must be paid for during the pickup window. You have the option to pay by cash, check or credit. We will ONLY charge the credit card on file at the end of the pickup window. * All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS with all faults. We do our best to describe the items as we see them, but are by no means experts in the working, style or normative condition of every single item we sell. * As Is, Where Is means you agree that once the bidding has ended, your winning bids on each item is sold to you as the buyer, and we, Fair Auction Company, LLC are relieved of any liability thereafter. * All descriptions are believed accurate but not guaranteed. Bidders should inspect and research items of interest in person before bidding. * Bidder inspection is highly encouraged and we allow extremely flexible hours for inspection. In the event a bidder is unable to meet the scheduled times for inspection, they may schedule an after hours meeting. The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse an unreasonable meeting request outside of scheduled hours. * By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Should they choose not to personally examine them in person, we are not liable for the buyer falsely assuming facts or details of any item. * Virginia state sales tax is 6% and shall be charged at the end of the auction to include all your purchases. We must be notified of your tax exemption before the end of the auction to ensure we process the transaction without tax. * Buyer's premium for this auction shall be 15% for credit transactions, with a 3% discount by paying by Cash or Check during the pickup window. * Buyers have until the end of the pickup window to pickup their item or confirm shipping arrangements with the auctioneer. (For this auction, the last opportunity to do so is Friday, March 3rd at 5pm.) Items left more than 1 day past this pickup date are considered abandoned, when they will be resold or donated. * Have plans at the time of the auction end? Use the Max Bid feature, and let the software do the work. It will bid competitively for you up to your maximum bid. If you get outbid, you'll get an email with a prompt to increase your bid. * All sales are final. There are no returns for any reason including failure to carefully inspect all photos and descriptions.

Payment Terms
You may pay in cash or check at pickup. We will only charge your card on file if you request it or you fail to appear during the pickup window. Your paid invoice will be emailed to you.
USPS shipping is available on most small items. A $2.50 PER ITEM handling fee will be charged to cover packing materials and time involved. Total Shipping charges are quoted after the bidding has ended, once the buyer has (in writing) informed the auctioneer of their intent to have their items shipped. We reserve the right to refuse shipping outside the U.S. Please inform the auctioneer immediately if you will need items shipped, and an adjusted invoice will be emailed promptly. Freight Shipping is available for furniture items but must be quoted before the auction ends. Please allow at least 24hrs for the quoting process to complete. A $15 HANDLING FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL FURNITURE BEING SHIPPED. THIS PAYS FOR PACKING MATERIALS AND TIME. We will hold items for freight shipping at no extra storage cost as long as they are picked up within 14 days. Local delivery is also available, please ask for a quote to include the following information: Street address, Stairs involved, Elevators involved, Loading Dock? Type of property i.e. apartment building, single family, town house, etc... How much parking is available for the delivery driver? Also include any special requirements such as additional moving or work needed to complete the delivery. Any damage claims must be made between you, the buyer, and the shipping carrier. We rarely have a broken item during shipping, but we purchase insurance for this potential outcome.
