We will be having our part 3 and final auction at the Marshall, VA estate. This auction will feature the contents of the garage and out building. Includes: furniture, collectibles, advertising, vintage fixutres, and more! We will adding new items up until the day of the auction. Check back often! Live Preview: Friday March 10th from 11am-4pm Pick up: Saturday March 11th from 10a-5pm or Sunday March 12th from 10a-3pm Want to pick up in Chantilly instead? We are offering pick up by request in Chantilly on Monday March 13th. Please notify us before the end of the pick up window if you require this service. There will be a convenience fee of $2 per smalls lot or $4 per furniture lot purchased to bring them back to the warehouse. *some exceptions may apply.
*All invoices must be paid for immediately after the auction. We automatically charge the credit card on file after the auction for onsite sales. If you need to make other payment arrangements please do so BEFORE bidding. We will accept cash deposits before the auction date. *Preview and Pickup are onsite at 9440 Crest Hill Rd. Marshall, VA 20115 *Optional pickup window of Monday March 13th in Chantilly, VA must be requested BEFORE the auction pickup is over. This special delivery service fee is $2 per item for small items or $4 per item for furniture. Your items will be donated after the pickup window if you do not inform us of your needs. * All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS with all faults. We do our best to describe the items as we see them, but are by no means experts in the working, style or normative condition of every single item we sell. * As Is, Where Is means you agree that once the bidding has ended, your winning bids on each item is sold to you as the buyer, and we, Fair Auction Company, LLC are relieved of any liability thereafter. * All descriptions are believed accurate but not guaranteed. Bidders should inspect and research items of interest in person before bidding. * Bidder inspection is highly encouraged and we allow extremely flexible hours for inspection. In the event a bidder is unable to meet the scheduled times for inspection, they may schedule an after hours meeting. The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse an unreasonable meeting request outside of scheduled hours. * By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Should they choose not to personally examine them in person, we are not liable for the buyer falsely assuming facts or details of any item. * Virginia state sales tax is 6% and shall be charged at the end of the auction to include all your purchases. We must be notified of your tax exemption before the end of the auction to ensure we process the transaction without tax. * Buyer's premium for this auction shall be 15% for all transactions. All cards will be charged automatically after the auction. * Buyers have until the end of the pickup window to pickup their item or confirm shipping arrangements with the auctioneer. (For this auction, the last opportunity to do so is Sunday March 12th at 5pm.) Items left more than 1 day past this pickup date are considered abandoned, when they will be resold or donated. * Have plans at the time of the auction end? Use the Max Bid feature, and let the software do the work. It will bid competitively for you up to your maximum bid. If you get outbid, you'll get an email with a prompt to increase your bid. * All sales are final. There are no returns for any reason including failure to carefully inspect all photos and descriptions.

Optional pickup window: Want to pickup in Chantilly on Sunday instead of Marshall? Here are the details: *An Optional pickup window of Monday March 13th from 10am-4pm in Chantilly, VA must be requested BEFORE the auction pickup is over. This special delivery service fee is $2 PER ITEM for small items or $4 PER ITEM for furniture. Your items will be donated after the pickup window, No Exceptions!* USPS shipping is available on most small items, please verify each items description to make sure before bidding. A $2.50 PER ITEM handling fee will be charged to cover materials and time involved. Total Shipping charges are quoted after the bidding has ended, once the buyer has informed the auctioneer of their intent to have their items shipped. We reserve the right to refuse shipping outside the U.S. Please inform the auctioneer immediately if you will need items shipped, and an adjusted invoice will be emailed promptly. Freight Shipping is available for furniture items but must be quoted before the auction ends. Please allow at least 24hrs for the quoting process to complete. A $15 HANDLEING FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL FURNITURE BEING SHIPPED. THIS PAYS FOR PACKING MATERIALS AND TIME. We will hold items for freight shipping at no extra storage cost as long as they are picked up within 14 days. Local delivery is also available, please ask for a quote to include the following information: Street address, Stairs involved, Elevators involved, Loading Dock? Type of property i.e. apartment building, single family, town house, etc... How much parking is available for the delivery driver? Also include any special requirements such as additional moving or work needed to complete the delivery. Any damage claims must be made between you, the buyer, and the shipping carrier. We rarely have a broken item during shipping, but we purchase insurance for this potential outcome.
